From 17 February 2025, we are introducing a new system for allocating places in our emergency accommodation centres, so we can better meet the needs of homeless people.

If you would like to speak to our teams, they are available 24/7 at the freephone number 0800/99.340. We pay particular attention to the most vulnerable.

New timetable

You can now register between 10am and 4pm.

The timetable is the same for men, women and families.

Places will be allocated at random, guaranteeing an equal probability of obtaining a place, regardless of when you call.

Please note:

Registration does not guarantee you a place.

Only one request for registration is possible per person per day.

Two ways to register

You can register by calling the freephone number 0800/99.340 or via the web application 0800.samusocial.be.

Please note:

If you are calling from a mobile other than your own, make sure you note down the registration code you receive.

To find out if you have a place

If you registered between 10am and 1pm, you will receive a text message response after 1pm informing you whether or not you have been allocated a place and the accommodation address.

And if you registered between 1pm and 4pm, you will receive a text message response after 4pm informing you whether or not you have been allocated a place and the accommodation address.
