Samusocial accredited by Charities Aid Foundation America (CAF America)

Samusocial is in constant need of donor support from individuals and businesses to enhance its capacity to intervene with homeless people.

Since our refounding in 2019, Samusocial has sought to provide guarantees to donors.

In December 2022, Samusocial was granted the status of eligible non-profit organization by Charities Aid Foundation America (CAF America) to raise donations in the United States.

CAF America is a global organisation that assists charities and foundations around the world by ensuring reliability and credibility with their donors and by simplifying the funding process to eliminate risks related to fraud, corruption, extortion and money laundering.

US donors cannot contribute directly to foreign nonprofit organisations and receive tax write-offs. As a US public charity, CAF America can accept funding from US citizens who can then direct CAF America to use those funds to support foreign charities or projects they care for.

As a result, Samusocial has already received a first financial contribution for:

« Child nutrition: one year of snacks for all homeless children in our centres (175 children). Specified products = a juice, a waffle and a fruit. »

Samusocial is proud to have been awarded this certification, which allows donors to make a donation in total confidence.
